Programmes Available

Competitive Cheerleading

  • For athletes ready to commit to training and competitions
  • Focus on stunts, tumbling, pyramids, dance, and performance
  • Teams grouped by age and skill level
  • Tryouts may be required depending on experience

Recreational Cheer

  • Perfect for beginners
  • Learn fundamental skills in a fun, supportive setting
  • No prior experience needed

Private Coaching

  • 1-to-1 or small group sessions
  • Ideal for improving specific skills like tumbling or jumps

Age Groups

Teams are structured to suit athletes at every stage:

  • Tiny: approx. 4–7 years
  • Mini: under 10
  • Youth: under 12
  • Junior: under 15
  • Senior: 14+
  • Open: 17+

Athletes are placed based on age and ability, ensuring the best development environment.

What to Expect

Training & Commitment

  • Season typically runs September to June (training does run throughout the summer)
  • Regular weekly training sessions
  • Attendance is important for team progress and competition readiness
  • Additional training may take place before competitions

Competitions (Competitive Teams)

  • Opportunities to compete nationally and internationally
  • Events usually run from early in the year onwards
  • Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled competitions

Team Placement

  • Athletes are placed on teams based on:
    • Skill level (tumbling, stunts, performance)
    • Age group
    • Team needs

There is a place for everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes.

Costs Overview

Costs vary depending on programme, but may include:

  • Monthly training fees
  • Insurance
  • Competition entry fees (competitive teams)
  • Uniform & team wear
  • Optional extras (private coaching, camps, choreography)

Payments are typically made monthly, with structured scheduling across the season.
